Tomorrow is the day to plan around. The Department of Meteorology has issued a yellow high-temperature warning for 13:00 to 15:59, with maxima near 41°C inland. Nicosia should reach 40°C and feel like 41°C. Larnaca and Polis Chrysochous both reach 36°C, though Polis will feel like 42°C. Limassol and Paralimni sit at 35°C, Paphos at 31°C, and Troodos stays a workable 28°C. No rain is expected anywhere and UV peaks at 8, so keep the early afternoon in the shade.

The sea is comfortable: 29.2°C off Larnaca and Protaras, with waves of 0.2 m.

Heat leads today across Cyprus, with Nicosia reaching 36°C and feeling like 41°C under a strong UV index of 8. Larnaca (33°C, feels 39°C) and Polis Chrysochous (33°C, feels 38°C) also run hotter than the thermometer shows, while Limassol (33°C, feels 36°C) and Paralimni-Protaras (33°C, feels 37°C) stay a touch more comfortable. Paphos is the coolest coast at 30°C, and Troodos offers real relief at 27°C. Five stations recorded a tropical night, with Pentakomo currently the warmest at 25.4°C. No rain is expected anywhere today. The sea stays ideal for swimming, calm and warm from 26.5°C in Limassol to 28.6°C in Larnaca. Tomorrow turns hotter still, with Nicosia climbing to 40°C and Larnaca, Polis and Paphos all a few degrees warmer too.
