Tomorrow is the one to watch. Nicosia leads at 38°C, feeling like 40°C, with Polis Chrysochous close behind at 35°C (feels 40°C). Limassol and Larnaca sit around 32-33°C (feels 36-37°C), Paralimni and Protaras reach 32°C (feels 38°C), and Paphos stays the coolest coastal spot at 29°C (feels 35°C). Troodos is mild at 26°C. UV runs very high across the island, 8 to 9, so limit midday sun. No rain is expected anywhere.

The sea stays swim-friendly, 27-29°C from Limassol to Larnaca and Protaras, with calm waves up to 0.6m.

The Department of Meteorology has issued a yellow heat warning for today, with inland temperatures expected to reach around 40°C between 14:00 and 16:59. Nicosia leads at 38°C, feeling like 41°C in the afternoon sun, with Polis Chrysochous close behind at 35°C (feels like 39°C). Limassol, Larnaca and Paralimni & Protaras all reach 33°C, feeling like 36-37°C. Paphos stays a touch milder at 29°C, while Troodos offers real relief at 27°C, though UV there peaks at 9. No rain is expected anywhere today. Along the coast the sea is warm for swimming: Larnaca 28.5°C, Protaras 28.2°C, Latchi 28.1°C, Paphos 27.4°C and Limassol 26.9°C, all calm with small waves. Tomorrow changes little, with Nicosia again near 38°C and the rest of the island holding steady.
