Tomorrow turns up the heat further inland: Polis Chrysochous is set for 40°C, while Larnaca and Limassol will feel like 40°C and 39°C respectively under strong sun. Nicosia holds near 37°C, Paphos and Paralimni & Protaras stay a touch milder around 32-33°C, and Troodos offers the coolest air at 27°C. Rain isn't in the picture anywhere, but UV climbs to 8 in several regions, so plan for strong midday sun.

The sea stays warm and calm for swimming, running 28.5-29.2°C along the coast with gentle waves under a metre everywhere.
