Limassol, Larnaca and Paralimni & Protaras all hover near 32°C, Paphos stays a touch cooler at 30°C, and Troodos offers real relief at 24°C. UV runs very high at index 8 across the lowlands and 7 in the east and west, so midday sun protection matters. No rain is expected anywhere. The sea stays warm for swimming, 28.7 to 29.1°C along the coast, with calm waves under a metre everywhere.
